About the Position:

The Fresh Market currently has an opening for an Ecommerce Program Manager in our Store Support Center (099). The Ecommerce Program Manager will play a pivotal role in leading, shaping, and executing the Ecommerce program strategy for The Fresh Market. Leveraging your experience in managing fast-growing Ecommerce operations, you will be responsible for managing and executing our Ecommerce program strategy, operations, and merchandising.

What You'll Do:

  • Work with Director of eCommerce to develop, articulate and execute comprehensive Ecommerce strategy aligned with overall business objectives and growth targets.
  • Participate in the selection, implementation, and optimization of Ecommerce technologies.
  • Manage the day-to-day business with Ecommerce vendors (Instacart, DoorDash, UberEats, etc.)
  • Analyze and report on key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and profitable growth.
  • Leverage data analytics to identify and capitalize on trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with IT, Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations teams to execute new initiatives and to streamline order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Build strong partnership and collaborate cross-functionally to drive alignment and successful project execution.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding the Ecommerce program, including exploring new product offerings, markets, and partnerships.
  • Develop business cases to support and inform strategic priorities. Track and report back on program performance, including key metrics, learnings and ROI
  • Additional duties may include: on-call responsibilities outside of normal operating hours and ad-hoc requests from other teams.

Qualifications:

At a minimum, what you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or other related fields.
  • 7+ years of relevant operations experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with Ecommerce order fulfillment.
  • Experience with grocery or prepared meals Ecommerce order fulfillment.
  • Experience in the restaurant or prepared meals industry.
  • Experience with Instacart, DoorDash, UberEats or similar.
  • Experience with database management (HQPM or similar) and reporting (Microstrategy or similar).
  • Collaborate with IT, Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations teams to execute new initiatives and to streamline order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics.
  • High level of ownership and project management skills will the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a cross-functional work environment.
  • Proven success in driving substantial revenue growth and delivering high-quality Ecommerce experiences.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and data analytics.
  • Ability to self-direct with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to organize tasks and manage time effectively.
